Shipping & returns.

Lyophilized peptides ship ambient with cold packs. Domestic orders dispatch within 48 hours; tracked delivery 2–5 business days. International shipping is restricted by jurisdiction.

Returns accepted on unopened vials within 14 days. Damaged or temperature-compromised shipments are replaced at no cost — email a photo within 24 hours of delivery.

Handling & storage

All compounds ship lyophilized (freeze-dried), which keeps them stable in transit and allows long-term storage at −20°C, desiccated. On arrival, transfer vials to cold storage promptly. Each shipment includes the batch-specific certificate of analysis, and the same record stays searchable by batch number in the COA library.
